Operational Requirements

Minimum 5.00 net metric tonnes per scheduled pickup. Dashboard shows your current volume — book when you hit threshold.

Materials must be clean, pre-sorted, and uncontaminated. Commercial recycling streams only — no household waste.

Accepted materials: Old Corrugated Cardboard (OCC), office paper, and commercial packaging materials including rigid plastic, flexible plastic, and metal.

Under 5 net metric tonnes: a small transport fee applies. Dashboard calculates and shows the fee before you confirm the booking.

Scale house weights auto-sync to your GallopsTrack dashboard within 24 hours of pickup. Diversion certificate generated automatically.

Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes — completely free, forever. No trial period, no expiry, no credit card required. You can enter all your products, track your compliance, see your RPRA obligation, and book Gallops pickups at no cost. Your data stays in your account permanently — even if you never upgrade. You only pay when you need to download your RPRA report PDF.

What is the difference between Report Only and Professional?

Report Only is a one-time $99 payment — you pay once and download one annual RPRA report. No subscription. Professional is $449/month and includes unlimited reports every year, plus your company logo on reports, diversion certificates for every Gallops pickup, company profile with shareable URL, Gallops pickup auto-sync, 5 user logins, and priority support. Professional's first report is always free.

How does the Integrated Logistics plan work?

The Integrated Logistics plan is $375/month — a 25% discount on Professional — and includes free bulk recycling collection from your facility. Gallops comes to your warehouse, weighs your materials on our certified scale house, and the weights automatically sync to your compliance report. Minimum is 5 net metric tonnes per pickup. Best suited for warehouses, manufacturers, and large retailers with regular bulk volume.

What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade to free?

Your data is yours — forever. If you cancel or downgrade to free, all your products, pickup records, compliance history, and generated reports stay in your account permanently. You can continue using the free features indefinitely. Reports you already downloaded remain yours.

Does GallopsTrack submit directly to RPRA on my behalf?

▾

GallopsTrack generates your RPRA-formatted PDF report. You then log into the RPRA Registry at registry.rpra.ca and enter the numbers from your report — takes about 5 minutes. On Professional and above, you can add our Managed Submission add-on for $149/month and our team handles the RPRA filing for you. Integrated Logistics and Enterprise plans include managed submission at no extra charge.

Is my compliance data stored in Canada?

Yes. GallopsTrack is hosted on AWS Canada (Central) in Montreal — all data stays on Canadian soil. Gallops Recycling Inc. is based in Scarborough, Ontario and all operations are Canadian.

Can I switch plans anytime?

▾

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. There are no lock-in contracts on monthly plans. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle. If you downgrade to free, all your data stays permanently.
